The Fountain of Youth

Jesus answered and said unto her, (the woman at the well) 
Whoever drinks of this water shall thirst again:
But whosoever drinks of the water that I shall give him
shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be
in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life. 

John 4:13-14

Look first  for the Kingdom of Heaven.  And all things will be provided for you. Mathew 6     the kingdom of Heaven is within You     Luke 17:21  

    Yes it's always been INSIDE YOU!

Youth it has been said is a “state of awe or bliss" 
Among those who had lost their youth it was imagined that there was such a thing as a "Fountain of Youth" which had magical waters which sprung up from a special spring that would give those who drank from it or bathed in it healing and rejuvenation. In effect it would reverse age and return those who drank of its waters back to his youth.  Well, many people set out to look for it; sadly, none ever could find it. Why not?  Because it was always inside of themselves. What they had of the Fountain of Youth-its healing and rejuvenating powers were inside of them.  Then why could they not reach it if it was inside themselves? Because they had abandoned themselves in pursuit of things outside of themselves and found sadness instead.   To set out looking for romances, people, power and material possessions to make us happy is to set out on a voyage to nowhere. It is like leaving your house to look for your bedroom.

   The important point is that because it is a state of mind, it can be accessed in our minds.
        Youth is a feeling of wonder, innocence, freshness; the opposite of cynical and worn out. So in that case younger in age or older in age it doesn’t matter, we can be cynical and worn out at 25 years old and we can be full of wonder at 75 years old. Youth is a state of mind that can be found or lost at any age. Youth is a spiritual state! Youth is alive and full of feeling.  Youth is vibrant and unafraid.  Youth is very much a part of living, changing, discovering and yes, actually staying physically young without the help of cosmetics, fad diets, and work-out regiments. Youth has nothing to do with acting juvenile, crazy, arrogant, irresponsible, or aloof. Youth is child-like - fun, spontaneous, alive, energetic, emotionally responsive, in touch with reality, intelligent, creative and adaptive.  Youth is full of wonder and surprise.   And above all youth is very much in the “present”!  

Pleasures outside of ourselves are seductive powers. They get us hooked and because they can never fulfill us, we drain our life energy pursuing them. We've plugged into a power drainage rather than a Power source.  And the source of all Power is within ourselves! So when we hook into pleasures outside of ourselves, we direct that Power from within us to something outside of ourselves. And because those things outside of ourselves need our Power to keep them alive, they can not give us any Power back to replenish the power they have taken from us. 

 They take our Youth, our innocence, our wonder.  They disappoint us and constantly let us down. We become miserable, diseased, insatiable, lonely, bitter. Because our energy is draining, we do not have enough energy to sustain our health.  Thus, we become ill, stressed, depressed (drained), diseased, physically aged and inevitably dead.

So, to help with their illness and depression, these people look for cures to replenish their energy and restore them to well-being and health. Or even try moving to a new place, or having a new romance, or maybe it will be a new job, more money, a new project, a new relationship, a brand new drug, a new vacation spot, a new car, a new face lift. more vitamins, a vacation to a spa, a new exercise, a new look-change of clothes, a new house or a remodeling! And as we all know, these things don't last and furthermore, do not give us what we think they should be giving us. We get let down. Does that stop some of us? NO! Pursue and consume and pursue and consume, ad infinitum.

 They get "high" on the new, on the pursuit, on consuming, and so forth. And all the while they can not understand why they are getting depressed and why their doctors tell them they have high blood pressure or anxiety disorder or manic depression, or panic attacks, and insecurities or hypertension. And still some of them keep trying to change the outer body to cause a change within themselves. So these people get hooked on plastic surgery, exercise regimens, cosmetic treatments, and so on.  In actuality, the more money you have to spend on something to make you happy or to look good, it isn't going to work. That's why it's expensive!  Because most of us know that the best things in life are free or minimally priced!  It's the spending, the hype, the idea that they can afford it, the status and all the "mind games" If they believe in the "hype" (hypnotic) enough it will cause them to feel a certain way!  And for how long? Until the newest invention comes along!  

And like the powers they depend on for happiness and health and youth, they become just like them: short lived, worn out, unreliable, dependent, moody, unstable, used and abused, and discarded. An object! The saying "you are what you eat" is the same as you are what you touch, what you consume, etc...Depend on objects become like objects! Depend on the people you depend upon and you become like them. The same is true about ideas, depend on those ideas and you become like those ideas.  

And another reason why outer dependency brings disappointment: all things outside of ourselves to make us happy, including people, have to be there for us. That means we have to rely on them being there.  That means we have to pay some kind of price to maintain those things or people to be there for us. Very expensive!  In a way, we have become dependent or even enslaved  or addicted to those things to be there for us to make us happy and healthy. 
So when they are not there or are  unreliable, they cause us distress. The person or object we depend on becomes the source of power now.  They actually control us!  Look at how much money and how much energy people waste on others and things they depend on.

If we had to truly depend on ourselves we would find an awakening within ourselves. Throughout history including our own country's Depression in the 1930's people actually got stronger, more creative. Many great statesman and creative geniuses came out of that period. WHY? Because they found their REAL POWER!  And that inner Power we always have access to. And we can replenish our inner Power from within through spirituality. And we can draw from it at anytime. And it doesn't matter what is around us or where we are.  It's not like a car on a road that runs out of gas 40 miles from the nearest gas station. Whenever, we run out of energy, we can go within and draw from our "fountain of youth" - our source of vitality, strength, wisdom, happiness, creativity, and joy!

No matter who you are or what has happened in your life; whether you are young or old, rich or poor, religious or not, unlucky or lucky, famous or not, youth can be found inside yourself. YES! Everybody!  When you find it, you will definitely know it!  You will have found YOU! Nothing more needs to be said. You will never need to be like someone or dependent on someone or something ever again!

This Real Power money can never buy! Nor any material acquisition can ever satisfy or replace YOU or YOUth!  Why do you think people who pursue happiness with money never seem to have enough and are always insecure about running out of it? Why do you think they go insane driving themselves and others into colossal pursuits and aggressive conquests?  Because they are looking for something outside of themselves which can never be found.  Like looking for their bedroom outside of their house! 

Because they don't have any Power! No Real Power!  If they did, they wouldn't be restless and in constant pursuit of more money, new objects, new fads, new diets, new exercises, new new and better better. And this is the latest and this doctor has found the answer or read this book it's got the BEST answer. And the latest spa! And now we need more money because we might lose all of this! There have been countless best sellers on the latest diets, latest secrets to everything imaginable that of course will unlock whatever it is you want.  And how long do they last?  

And of course how much money it will cost!  And the misguided adage that if you aren't paying enough money for it, it can't be good.  And the other misguided adage - if it's too obvious, like looking inside ourselves, that's got to be wrong because it's too obvious.  

Many people have somehow come to believe that they can not trust themselves and have to depend on someone or something outside of themselves to believe they have happiness and Power.  

Besides when we become hooked on things outside ourselves we need more money just to maintain all of this. Take a look around and see who is really dependent?  And what is it doing to them?  

Like "The Masque of the Red Death" by Edgar Allen Poe, Prince Prospero hopes to avoid the red death by living in a well protected castle surrounded in opulence with people who are not diseased by the plague known as the red death.  And in sheer horror he discovers that he and his guests have fallen into the grips of the  "Red Death" - the very thing they built their castle to hide from!  The Red Death's plague was exactly caused by what he tried to avoid: Living in opulence, fantasy, power, controlling the lives of others, immorality, escapist pursuits in drunkeness and festivity! The very lifestyle that tricked them into becoming dependent on the Red Death!  

The same is true for those who pursue power outside of themselves; they find death instead! Like Prince Prospero, they pursue material wealth and fads to "feel safe and happy" just like the Prince. And all the while they keep pursuing their objects, material, fads, diets, etc. and are never quite peaceful. In reality they are going insane, deteriorating, becoming more dependent, energy drained and enslaved to the very sources of power they have turned to. Inevitably like victims of vampires they have been drained of their "spiritual" life.
As the wisdom of Proverbs forewarns us:
"He that is in a hurry to be rich has an evil eye, and does not consider the poverty that shall come upon him." 
Prov. 28:22

  Take a look at the icons and stars and the "rich and famous"! A bit bizarre?   Neurosis, infantilism, madness and the psychotic made fashionable!  Slowly but surely like the Roman Empire during the reign of Nero, the privileged  reduce themselves into childish dependence upon servants, slaves to passion and ambience then eventually become weaker minded, silly and then mad.
Like the ancient societies of Babylon and Rome they pile upon layer and layer of attitude, make-up, costume, cosmetics, muscle, hair dye. And because the Spirit is leaving them their bodies look like corpses dressed up and made over!   Have another look at the movie, "Sunset Boulevard"  or the Oscar Wilde story, "The Portrait of Dorian Gray" 

 What shall it profit a man, 
if he shall gain the whole world, 
and lose his own soul?  
Mark 8: 36

And the loss of the soul is "The Red Death" or Hell!

HOWEVER IF YOU ARE STILL ALIVE THERE'S 
GOOD NEWS! YOU HAVE POWER RIGHT NOW! AS LONG AS YOU ARE ALIVE! It is within you, regardless if you have been dependent on things outside yourself or not.  I have for many years. Almost all my life. And I have found the Power within me. It is God which is the source of all Youth. And I also know, it is never too late to find it! As long as you are still alive and breathing and have somewhat of a thinking mind, then you can reverse the aging process, rejuvenate, bring your disease into remission, rid yourself of mental and bodily illnesses. In essence you can discover or rediscover "the fountain" the healing Power, the life force, the direction that will reverse any illness and restore you to youth or maintain your youth for years.  The Indians and many tribal societies live well into their hundreds happily in youth and their bodies are young -still in their prime!  Moses lived to 120 years old!  And many people who know this truth are still living way into their hundreds today.  Why are we so different??????

EXAMINE THESE SCRIPTURAL STATEMENTS FROM BOTH THE BIBLE AND THE DHAMMAPADA and you will see the cause of our rapid aging, cancer, mental illness, drug addiction, depression, ADD, and on and on!!!

"When the fires of selfish desire have been extinguished, by freeing the mind of desire and fear, then love and peace and perfect health shall awaken within you." 
The Dhammapada

Why do we pursue things and people outside of ourselves?
And why then do we get diseased, aged, and neurotic?
Both The Dhammapada and the Bible give us an answer: "There is no suffering like selfish desire. The more you satisfy your selfish desires, the more you make it burn. It demands more of what it can not experience-everlasting pleasure unmixed with anything unpleasant" The Dhammapada

Depend on anything or anyone other than the living God within you and you shall suffer miserably and surely perish.  Deuteronomy

"Because you have turned to other gods; and have forsaken me, said the LORD, and have walked after other gods, and have served them, and have idolized them, and have forsaken me, and have not kept my law; ¹² you now walk after the imagination of evil, and  you die of grievous deaths; you shall not be lamented;  and you are consumed by diseases and by famine. Jeremiah 16

"Walk in the ways that the Lord have commanded you, that you may live long, healthy and prosperous." Deuteronomy 5:33

God is a Spirit and must be worshipped in spirit and truth.John 4:24  Propaganda, vanity and pleasures outside of ourselves are false promises and leave us drained.  First ask yourself, is this true? Does this give me what it promises?


If they will make kings of men then they will lose their God who gives them freedom. 1 Samuel

"You shall have no idols. You shall not make thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing: You shall not bow down to them or anybody nor serve them: Deuteronomy  5:6-9 "likeness of anything or anybody on earth or in heaven or in the waters below" replication or image reproduction to imitate life.  Any person made into an " idol" or "king"  paid worship and causing men to follow them and not follow the Kingdom of God within themselves. 

"Remember the Lord thy God: for it is GOD that gives you the power to get wealth” 
Deuteronomy 8:18

GOD IS LOVE THEREFORE LOVE IS THE ANSWER, THE CURE ALL, THE ONLY SOLUTION TO ABSOLUTELY ALL OUR PROBLEMS!  
"Pour in Love where there is no love, and you draw love out"
It's not the sappy kind of love that romance 
novels or movies pedal for passionate desire
 or "falling in love".  That is false love-vanity. 
Vanity meaning emptiness.  It's cosmetic without
 substance. The love we see on soap operas is not love.
  It's selfishness, vanity, it steals, it possesses, it cheats,
 it hurts, it cons, it makes people break down and 
become depressed and makes them long
 for the impossible. 
And the impossible is what it is: IMPOSSIBLE! 
Therefore, a lie! 
A scoundrel as the scoundrels in the soaps who
 steal women's hearts and makes
 them yearn and addicted and depressed. 
And take them away from themselves.  
All lies, cheating, double-crossing.  
That "love" is really the opposite of love. 
And the opposite of love is hate or evil!

Love has real substance. 
Models or actors or "idols" do not portray love!
 Love can not be portrayed.
  LOVE IS!  Because God is Love! And God is ALIVE and 
GOD IS LOVE!
Therefore LOVE AND GOD AND LIFE ARE 
ALIVE AND REAL!
Idols, models, movies are unreal-posed, 
artificial therefore IDOLS!
Now you see why the commandment
 "Thou shalt have no idols"?
We lose touch with the living God 
within us when we turn away from ourselves
 and put our energy and power into idols or 
non-living images which can not give us any 
Power back or any LOVE or any life or warmth in return. 
 Only a living being can do that. 
Another human or our own GOD-LIVING WITHIN US!
Models are vain.  Vanity means empty. Nothing is there. 
 Vanity is not to be mistaken for pride.  
Vanity means being proud of our image 
which is our shell - our looks - our appearance- 
the outside- NOT THE INSIDE!  
Take another look at the model.  
Is there something inside of them? 
Do they really have what they promise us they have??
 Maybe, but they look like their image is aloof,
stagnant,  dead, numb, mean or cute or indifferent
 and of course, unobtainable.  
Because they are IMAGES or IDOLS!!!
And that which we admire and seek after we become like.  
"You are what you eat."  You are what you consume or take in.
  Not only do we consume through our mouths but 
we also consume through our eyes and ears!
And what we eat in through our eyes or ears transforms
 our minds and essentially our whole nature. 
And unless what we consume or take in through our eyes 
and ears and all our senses is life enhancing and energy 
giving and loving, we will be depleted of all that energy 
we sent out and be left stolen and hollow and hungry, 
diseased, and very much like the objects we admire.  
Look at our children.  Haven't they been imitating idols?
 What do they look like?  Like the idols!!
So they can keep you distracted from yourself 
and focused outside on them!  False idols! 
 Why are the celebrities called "IDOLS"? 
 Idols means setting our affections and attention
 on inordinately; paying homage to someone deified.
No accident.  It is an intended misdirection
 to steal our attention
 to get our money and devotion and labor-  
and to humble us before someone who 
can not give us any real Power 
like God could, but to steal our money by using 
the same energy that "singleness of eye" 
attention and adoration
that Jesus talked about that we would be 
giving our loving and healing and living God within us.  
To pay homage to false "idols" And what are 
those stars called? IDOLS!!!!
Not very wise! Why not?   
"Thou shall not have false idols.  I am the LIVING GOD"  
Why did God give us that commandment? 
So we would not be slaves!
We are free in Him! 

 He says in Samuel 1 "Why do my people want a king? 
A human idol? They will lose their God and become slaves"!

 That is exactly it. By turning to people and things 
outside of ourselves, we lose ourselves. We lose our lives!
 God is alive within all of us.  
Therefore God states, "If you set up false idols, 
then I your God will visit the children of the 
3rd generation with disease and plagues. 
You will no longer have my favor.  
I will withdraw my Peace." Jeremiah.  
Why all the diseases of today?
 Cancer. AIDS. Diabetes. Leukemia. 
Heart disease. Stress. Depression. 
Anxiety Disorders.  ETC.....
And where is GOD?  WITHIN US!
SO who is giving us these diseases?
We are!
Our own inability to focus within ourselves!
So we become fragmented, diseased, disconnected!

A picture and a model posed in a picture or an "idol" 
is not alive.
It is a representation to lure us! To take our time.  
To set standards which make us feel inadequate.
To get us dependent outside of ourselves and enslaved 
into a standard which we will never achieve or become!
But keep us striving and giving our precious time, 
life, hard worked for money, to people who are like 
pampered babies who believe they were born to deserve 
luxuries and ambience.  But even they are depressed 
and go to so many doctors.  The models and
 the idols are even dying.  Look at them and look at the people 
who seek after them.  They are all caught up in the same trap.
Even the most brilliant propagandist or advertiser or image
 maker does not see what he or she is doing to himself and others!

"Father forgive them for they know not what they do"
 Jesus' final words as he lamented our ignorant disposition. 
 Please Father give them a break; they really 
are not intentionally doing this destruction to me
 and to themselves out of vindictive hatred.  
But only one being knows what it is doing and that 
one is the "Evil One"  or Devil or Mara (as the Buddhists call it).

Going after things we can never have. Such trickery. 
Such blindness.  "They know not what they do"
Such fear that we will not be able to survive 
and be healthy and happy without these things
 which enslave us.  
Yet, we have everything and we are so unhappy, 
so self-loathing, insecure, and co-dependent, and lonely.
Addicted, alcoholic, materialistic, hedonistic, 
rushed, stressed out!
Disease and violence.  
Misunderstood by others as well 
as by ourselves! 
Something is taking our energy! 
Because we are not getting back equal amount of energy 
for our energy put out! Not the energy that a Living God
 would give us
 in return for such devoted attention and energy. 
 And energy and devotion come from the Soul. 
And if the Soul is getting drained of its energy, 
it becomes DISEASED, IRRITABLE, DEPRESSED 
and eventually dies.   Watch what happens to 
anyone who "fixates" on an idol or non-living 
entertainment like a video or movie or TV.  
They're hypnotized.  As "HYP" in "HYPE"  
 Hype is a frenzy meant to hypnotize. 
Makes us NON LIVING as it draws out their energy. 
 Notice how the attention span drops in conversation, 
the emptiness in their faces, the fatigue, the inability
 to hold one's attention in conversation or even while reading.
  Studies show that students who watch television have
 poor attention span and low reading scores.
 Furthermore whenever energy is drained and 
not replenished, people seek out stimulants to 
make up for that lack of energy.  But the sources
 that are used to replenish it can sometimes be 
toxic and also draining. Illicit drugs, toxic medication, 
aggressive behavior, sexual promiscuity, loud music,
 excitement, daredevil stunts and inordinate passions 
and other forms of risky behavior which can be deadly 
or invite disease. Wanting more.  Like a drug.  
Wanting something we can never have and giving
 endless amounts of energy to pursue it.  
And never getting anything back for the energy
 we've given. Thus the dependency on medicines,
 therapy, co-dependent relationships, fads, escapism, 
fantasy, aggression, violence, clandestine remedies
 like health foods, charms, false gurus, mediums and 
readers, and on and on always leading them away
 from themselves where God can be found within them. 
  And enslaving them to others and passions and 
robbing them of their self-esteem, money and health.  
Short and unhappy and unsatisfied lives is the 
by-product of this outer dependency.

As God spoke to Moses, "I AM"  And if "God is Love"
 as Jesus said according to St. John then "I AM"
 means "LOVE IS"  And Love does not have to be
 sought after.  It is there right in us and right in front of us. 
All around us. IT IS. "I AM"  "IS" "AM" are all
 present as the form of the verb "is" means present. 
 NOW.  In this moment.  And if our minds are busy 
somewhere else then there is a disconnection with 
our soul and our mind! DISHARMONY, DISEASE,
 FEAR - because the mind can not find its soul! 
 Disconnected people are looking for their souls
 in other people and in other things.  Like leaving 
their houses to look for their bedroom outside.

Turn it INSIDE OUT!

Every meaning we give to people and things is inside of us! Change the thought and we change the things outside of ourselves!

Many doctors today as well as therapists now believe that the physical and mental disease or illnesses are symptoms of spiritual disconnection with our Higher Power, God, or the Power Within us.  Louise Hayes in her book, You Can Heal Your Life, says that every mental and physical problem and illness we have goes back to our self talk or our thinking. And what we think is either connected with our Higher Power or it is connected with a mind that is dependent on thoughts and things and people which are not healthy for us. 
   "The Kingdom of Heaven is within" The New Testament (Luke 17:21)
Knowing that God is within us shifts our minds to be inner directed and free from dependencies. Material dependency and dependence on approval and solutions from things outside of ourselves actually is impossible and enslaves us, drains our Life power thereby causing stress and rapid aging.   Even the agnostics in Alcoholics Anonymous to their surprise found God within themselves!

The answers to these questions may help to identify what is aging you, draining your life energy, causing disease, blocking you from happiness and success and defeating your Spirit:

INVENTORY

 * Is there someone or something in your life you can not let go of?
 *  Is there a behavior you keep acting on that brings you unhappiness?
 *  Are there relationships in your life which make you unhappy?
 * Is there something you are doing which is causing you harm to yourself or to others?
 * Is there something you are pursuing which is makes you unhappy?
 * Is there something you are doing which makes you feel emotionally drained?
 * Is there a past regret?
 * IS there something you have done which you will not forgive yourself for?
 * Is there something you are doing which is unloving to yourself? to others?
 * Do you treat yourself as an object? Do you look at others as objects?
 * Do you dwell on the negative? on the past?
 * Are you resentful or jealous of someone?
 * Are you a penny-pincher, or hording money?
 * Do you try to hold on to things?
 * Do you feel trapped or stuck in your relationship?  in your job? in your life?
 * Are you dependent on any substance (legal or illegal) which alters your mood and perception?
  * Are you dependent on it to alter your mood?   
* Is there shame? 
Identify what needs to be changed and gotten rid of.
It may take therapy. 
But the things that have you stuck or "hung up"  MUST GO if you are to live long and happy and not get sick or diseased.

SUGGESTIONS:

- LET GO! It's gone. FORGIVE! 
Dump all the things you are carrying around in you and with you that a child would not be carrying.  THAT'S WHAT HEAVEN IS! For more on this: In the Past or in the Present

 FREE YOUR SPIRIT DAILY! 

For any peace, happiness; DETACH yourself from anybody or anyplace.  Anxiety, fear, loneliness, are signs we have become attached to someone or something and are depending on them for our happiness or security!  WE'RE GETTING DRAINED!! Thus we are getting DISEASED!

HOW TO LIVE LONG HEALTHY ~ HAPPY ~ PROSPEROUS

Know that these TOXINS are evidence of spiritual drainage.  
Like the "RED DEATH" they can kill us. Certainly they will warp our judgement 
and our minds.  
Physical symptoms develop and some of them are mentioned here; they are indications that we are stressed and possibly diseased.
All these things to a greater degree will cause disease, mental illness and spiritual disconnection with our GOD.

DEPENDING ON MATERIAL    ACCUMULATION OF "STUFF"

CROWDS   FRANTIC- PACE  IMPATIENCE
FAST-TALKING      IMPULSIVE-THINKING
OVERUSE OR OVERLOADING THE MIND
LOUD NOISE or LOUD TALKING  
NEGATIVE SOUNDS, IMAGES or WORDS  NEGATIVE NEWS   TERROR and FEAR  DESPAIR  ENVY  BITTERNESS
EXCESSIVE WATCHING TOO MUCH TELEVISION (Television is an hypnotic - it draws our energy into it- watch someone watching it-they're fixated or in a trance!  DANGER! Energy is being drawn out of them!)
GREED  SELFISHNESS  AGGRESSION  COMPETITIVENESS
LUST  ARROGANCE   INTOLERANCE  TALKING EXCESSIVELY
GLUTTONY  GOSSIP   LYING     BELIEVING- IN- PROPAGANDA (warps our judgement and makes us distracted)
  DISHONESTY  ALCOHOLIC DRINKING  ILLICIT DRUGS
 TOXIC and ADDICTIVE MEDICATION

God is the Living Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth. John 4:24
SEARCH FOR THE TRUTH.  
SEE PROPAGANDA AND SENSATIONALISM AS UNTRUTH AND THEREFORE DAMAGING TO OUR SPIRITS!

"Thou shalt have none other gods before me. Thou shalt not make thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing: Thou shalt not bow down thyself unto them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me.”  Deut 5:6-9

IDOLATRY or FALSE gods (non-SPIRIT - non-living)  "likeness of anything on earth or in heaven or in the waters below"  anything  or any human that is made to be in a position of adoration or set apart to be attended to as a deity, given worship, paid homage or affection or adoration, set above the people in statue, celebrated in ritual  or replication, or image reproduction or sensation to replace God (our Spirit)  and  to cause  men to turn their eyes and ears from the Living God within himself.

LET GO! 

- LIVE IN THE PRESENT

To stay happy, we must not become distracted.  Distract is dis=to take off tract = track.  To get off our track.  What happens if we drive off the road or get onto another road instead of the road we were meant to travel on to get to a destination? 

Behold, the former things have come to pass, and new things do I declare; before you they spring forth.   Isaiah 42:9

  LOVE ! LOVE!  LOVE!!         

Make someone else happy.  
Give something you have to someone who needs it!  Anything-even if it's your time!  And keep on giving without expecting anything in return. Give to see the joy in someone else.  Give to make someone else's life a little easier!   
"It is in giving that we receive" You will not get more because you're holding onto things; things you have outworn!  Remember Old Ebenezer Scrooge when he kept holding back and hording his money?  Old Marley's ghost came back in chains to show him how every selfish decision and every added dollar just added another chain on his soul!  So at the end Old Ebenezer freed himself by giving it away.  And he got more!  More happiness than he ever could have imagined.  He gained a family, an invitation to dinner and became the benefactor of those who owed him money!   He was so happy, so free, so young and jubilant!!  

Whatever or whoever we worry about has control over us!  
LET GO!
 What are thoughts focus on grows our destiny!

Live in  reality!  Don't expect what Life can not get you! (FANTASY) !  And LIFE will be a lot better than you could imagine!

"So wake up!        
                     Remove the shroud from your slumber        
                  And see life while you’re alive                      
                               As it really is in all its glory           
            Life is not a grave to be mourned over             
      Or a memorial to the past to be commemorated

SEE  You Are What You Think

Meditation always brings us in touch with our YOUTH and peace of mind. Pills and alcohol and other substances or addictive behaviors only "bandage" or camouflage the truth.  When you meditate after awhile, (after cleaning out the excess weight in your mind) you will become very clear about the way you are to approach your life and become successful and happier.
